Starting from Colorado Springs:
West on Highway 24 through Woodland Park to Divide. Left at stoplight onto Highway 67 at Divide. Follow Highway 67 for 18 miles to Cripple Creek. Highway 67 becomes Bennett Avenue in downtown Cripple Creek. Right on 3rd Street (at Imperial Hotel) and go up the hill 5 blocks. Look for a large pink Victorian mansion on the left. Left at stop sign onto Galena Avenue and pull into the Gold Strike Inn upper parking lot on the left.
From Canon City or points West:
South on Teller 1 into Cripple Creek. Left on "B" Street (4 way stop immediately after passing the Post Office). Right on Galena Avenue (4 way stop with school on your right). Proceed on Galena Avenue about .5 miles. The Gold Strike Inn is a large pink Victorian mansion with blue trim on the right. Pull into upper parking lot and enter through the front entrance for check-in.
When Bennett Avenue is closed / blocked due to special events such as Donkey Derby Days or the Salute to Veterans Biker Weekend, use the following directions from Colorado Springs:
West on Highway 24 through Woodland Park to Divide. Left at stoplight onto Highway 67 at Divide. Follow Highway 67 for 18 miles to Cripple Creek. Turn right at the first street after passing the Wildwood Casino (Golden Street). Proceed to the “T” intersection by the Catholic Church and turn right onto Hayden Street. Proceed on Hayden Street to a stop sign and turn left on Galena Avenue. Pull into the Gold Strike Inn upper parking lot on the left as you travel down a steep hill. The Gold Strike Inn is a large pink Victorian mansion with blue trim.
